KT Services are professional Domestic Energy Assessors who provide an exceptional service to homeowners and the property industry. The phased introduction of the new Home Information Packs (HIPS) includes an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which can only be produced by qualified Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs).
KT Services are committed to providing a professional service to you our clients. We only use assessors who are fully qualified, accredited members of the NHER Scheme (National Home Energy Rating), the UK’s leading accreditation body for DEAs. To obtain this professional qualification, all our assessors have successfully completed a thorough and comprehensive training course, which includes an independent external exam.
